ParaClock when used with ParaPay Payroll provides the ability to process a complete payroll from the point the employee punches the clock to printing the pay check with zero manual data entry. Employees punch in and out of the Clock and at the end of the pay period a process is run that automatically creates the times sheets in ParaPay Payroll from the punch records in ParaClock. ParaPay then uses the time sheet data to calculate and print the paychecks.
ParaClock will integrate with Paradigm Accounting 6.0 and ParaPay 6.0 by linking to the same backend Microsoft Access database. What this means is that you have one central database with employees, customers, jobs, etc. and all the data is used in any of the three applications.
ParaClock can run as a stand alone time clock solution or can be integrated with our Paradigm Accounting or ParaPay Payroll software programs.
